Enforcement & Repeat Infringers
FormYourCorp reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law, including the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, and attorneys' fees.
Repeat Infringer Policy: We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Failure by FormYourCorp to enforce any right or provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
Governing Law
